Directions: From NYS Thruway Exit 17 Newburgh, follow signs to East I-84 to Beacon. Follow 84 over the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge to exit 12 Fishkill. At the light off the exit, take a right and go straight for about 2 miles. Pass a Getty Station on the left and just ahead will be red brick apartment buildings. Go in there and park in the parking place. Walk along the buildings until you get to a fence with a hole in it. Go through it and walk through a field up to a hill. Cliffs are right over the hill. I've never seen anyone told its illegal to go there or have I ever seen a cop there. There are a few cliffs on the side you walk to about 25-35 feet. There's a 50-57 foot cliff on the other side of the creek. (I measured it, you can jump from a spot which is 50 feet or you can jump from the top which is 57 feet) The water is pretty deep, I've touched bottom one time, but it was only mud.
