It’s most easily accessible if you are out on a boat since it is on an island, but you can usually get a ride over to the island, or paddle a canoe. From Rte 7 in Charlotte, VT turn west on ferry road, at your first stop sign turn left(south) on green bush road, this road turns into Thompson’s point road, follow this for about a mile turn right on deer point, this road goes right down to the water, from here you’ll be able to see the island, the cliffs are on the south west side of the island, jumps ranging from 8-55 feet.
