Its not base-jumping– the sail is already open. I saw a man do this, and he explained everything. I just didn’t catch what it was called. He had to wait until his sail or parachute had enough wind in it. He and his buddy would run and jump from the cliff when they had enough wind in their sails, and then were trying to float about 10 miles away to their landing spot. Does anyone know what this is called? Thanks!
It is indeed called para-gliding. Thanks for all your help! 🙂
