Knoxville, TN you can take Pellissippi Parkway to the Hardin Valley road exit. Then take a right at Food City and follow that road until it comes to a four way stop and turn left. Then stay on that road and you’ll end up at Melton Hill park (there’s multiple signs that say Melton Hill Park with arrows guiding you) and then park and walk up the trail to the cliffs.
