From Yakima Head north on I-82 towards Ellensburg. Take exit 26. At the top of the offramp, take a left and reset your trip. Travel 15.5 miles along State Route 821. There will be a small pull off to your right. Park here. The cliff is back just a bit on the other side of the road. The cliff is also called Pac Man. The reason behind it is because if you’re floating down the river there used to be a giant smiley face painted on the rocks…but someone changed it to a pac man. heh.
