Starting in Roseburg, take OR-138 N to milepost 58.6. Turn left onto Road 34 (Toketee-Rigdon Road).
Stay to the left and cross the concrete bridge, then turn left into the trailhead parking area; the trailhead is at the far end of the parking area.
For Toketee we parked on the roadside and hiked straight down to the top of the falls then rappelled it. A second option would be to go from the other side and swim across the punch bowl above but the current looked a little risky. Still doable that way though!
