This is place is in Scranton, PA. From Rt 476N, take exit 115 toward Rt 81N. From Rt 81N, take exit 184, turn left on River St at top of ramp, right onto Meadow Ave right after. Then turn left onto Moosic St/PA307. A few blocks later turn right onto Harrison Ave, and then left onto Mulberry St. Go down until you get to N Webster St intersection (it has a traffic light, and a City Slice on the corner. Drive past Redington Hall, and turn left at the bottom at Ridge Row. Park at the tennis courts. Walk past the courts and follow the train tracks until you hear it and start seeing a lot of graffiti. When you see a guard rail and a metal pole with a lot of graffiti on it, go down to the falls.
