Located just outside Farmington in Mine La Motte, Missouri this place is called “The Offsets.” This is an old rock mining quarry, and miners eventually tapped into an underground spring, which flooded the place. The water is WAY too deep to EVER touch bottom, so as far as jumps go it’s pretty safe. They also allow scuba diving in the off season, for the water stays at about 50 degrees year round. Admission is 10 dollars, and you can rent tubes for 2 bucks (with a drivers license as a deposit)
No Glass Bottles, Beer Bongs, Kegs, Fireworks, etc… but other than that this place is a giant party, as shown in the attached picture. There are many cliffs to jump from, varying in size from 10 feet to ~60, the 60 footer being shown in the photo. (and for the record I’m throwin a gainer off the 60 footer)
Directions from St. Louis: Take I-55 South to US-67 South, Stay on 67 until Farmington. You will exit on the LEFT, onto 32 East, and take that ALL the way thru Farmington. At the end of town, 32 turns into 00 (double zero) and you stay straight on 00. The Offsets is 13 Miles down 00 on the left.

Directions from Kansas City: Take I-70 East to US-40 East, To I-270 South. I-270 To I-55 South, Then US-67 South. Exit on left to 32 East, and take that ALL the way thru Farmington.
