From Cork city take the N27 and the R600 following the signs for Kinsale. When you arrive at Kinsale go through the town with the water always on your right, turn left over the large bridge and then turn right at the other end of it staying on the R600 and following the signs for Ballinaspittle. Pass through Ballinaspittle and take the correct turns so that you stay on the R600. Shortly after a right turn you will approach a Y junction, take the left road off the R600. Follow the road through a crossroad and then take a right at the next junction. Take a right at the next junction and then a left at the next T junction where you should see a beach.
Directions to jump itself:
You will know you are at the right place as there will be a huge abandoned barracks on the far side of the beach, walk across the beach to that side, walk along the cliff edge and cut through the field behind the barracks to the far right corner where there is a gate. There you will see another downward sloping field towards the sea, walk down and along and hopefully you will see the spot there and recognize it from the video.
