How to get there? (it’s easy to find)From Champagnole, follow the direction of Genève. When you are at “Pont de la chaux” (~12 km) , turn to the right in direction of “Le Fasnois” and “Cascades du hérisson”. From Saint-Laurent en Gandvaux, the road is in the other side : go in direction of Champagnole until “Pont de la chaux”, where you turn to the left. Once at “Le Frasnois”, follow the direction of “Camping sous Narlay” ; the lake is under the camping. The camping is simple, but nice, and full of German and Dutch. the lake is at 800 m above the sea, so it’ s a few degree colder than other lake in the region like the lake of Chalain. The beach is made of flat rock. On one side of the beach, there is reeds, on the other side, there are rocks that are good for jumping. There are mainly two sites: for jumping: one 7 foot heigh easy to acess, and the other one a little further 14 foot heigh (with a lot of smaller jumps), behind a barrier out of wood. To go back after the jump, you can either climb rocks ( be carefull, rocks and ground can be slippery), or go by foot throw the barrier.
