It’s about an hour drive from Brisbane CBD. Starting near CBD: Head outbound on Coronation drive, then turn right into Moggill rd in Toowong, follow Moggill rd for about 30 mins as it heads westward through suburbs Indooroopilly, Chapel Hill, Kenmore and Pullenvale until you need to take a right into MT Crosby rd. Follow MT Crosby rd for about 10 mins until you reach a T intersection veer right into Lake Manchester rd (there’s a sign saying Lake Manchester) Follow Lake Manchester rd for about 10 mins the rd becomes gravel then reverts back to bitumen and then becomes gravel again. Shortly after it becomes gravel again you will see the Lake Manchester reserve on your right, go in and follow the rd down into the car park. Signs indicate the track too Lake Manchester however only follow it for about 50 meters veer off to your right in the clearing and follow the path (you should now be walking next to an exposed pipeline) for about 100m just as you’re about to get within about 30 meters of the bottom of the dam wall you should see a downtrodden track turn right onto it and follow it until you reach the sign. No Diving etc. You can now see the Cliff. Note: The jump is not actually into the dam it’s into a deep rock pool near the dam. If you reach the dam itself you have walked to far and missed the right turn in the clearing.
