I followed the cliffs for a while. This looks like a weird view, so maybe an explanation is in order. Here I am on my back looking up through the water at the cliffs. The seaweed here is actually floating on the surface of the water.

The cliff line can sometimes be perfectly sharp like this kind of rocky diving board, hopefully no one dived in the Atlantic ocean no matter what spume may suggests.
