From Knoxville, TN take Hwy 129 South (aka Alcoa Hwy) to Maryville. Take Hwy 321 East towards Townsend. Take a right at the sign pointing to Cades Cove. Go on the Cades Cove Loop (it is a 1 way road around the cove). Turn at the sign that points to the Abrams Falls Trail (this is a gravel road and parking lot). Hike the Abrams Falls Trail (about a 3 mile trail) and at the end will be this waterfall. Climb up the left side of the waterfall and when jumping, aim for right in front of where the water from the waterfall hits. Have fun, the water is very cold. P.S. Don't feed the bears!
