From Nawiliwili Harbor where you will dock if you take a cruise ship, it takes like 20 minutes to drive to where the falls. A. You need to go out of Lihue toward Poipu way, on the main highway, which is to the south, and west side of the island. You go between 2/4 miles. There will be a fairly new Humane Society on your right and just before that is a 'bypass' road the locals know it as, on your left. DO NOT go past the Humane Society or you went to far. When you turn left on the bypass road 'to Lihue,' go to the first road to your right. Follow the sign that says Kipu Road. You will follow it about a mile and you will see cars parked on the country road where there is a curve in the road. Follow the path about 3 minutes and you will reach the top of the falls.
