From Tillamook, Oregon take HWY 101 toward Hebo/Newport. You'll go 14 miles then you will see Blaine road. Take a left on Blain road and go 6.6 miles. You will see a turn out on your right. Pull over there and park. The cliffs are right there and you can walk down and kick back on the river. The photo is where we kicked back for the day right there on those rocks. Im taking forever to jump that thing because Im blind, don't have contacts and you need to make sure to pick out your landing spot. There is a ledge below in certain spots!
