Saguaro Lake near Phoenix, AZ has a variety of jumping spots with heights of roughly 6ft, 17ft, 24ft, and 35-40ft. The two bigger jumps have a few rocks that are easily cleared with a short run-up and the water is pretty deep once you get a few feet away from the cliffs. As always, make sure to test the water before jumping.
