From Waikiki – Get on H-2 freeway. Travel on H-2 to Hwy 83 towards the north shore(North Oahu). Stay on Hwy 83 until you reach Waimea Bay Park. This is where they are. get there early or you'll have to park on the Hwy. The cliffs are right down on the beach to the far left end.
